AI Bootcamp Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 2025
Welcome to MD AI Bootcamp, hosted by Passive Income MD, LLC (“Passive Income M.D.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“attendee,” “user,” or “you”) and Passive Income M.D. regarding your purchase, participation in AI Bootcamp (the “Training Program”), and use of https://mdaibootcamp.com (the “Website”).
By purchasing a ticket, accessing the Training Program, or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers
1.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only as follows:

Partial refunds may be issued upon written request submitted within fourteen (14) days of the Training Program start date, and may be subject to verification of attendance in the latest Training Program.
All other sales are final unless explicitly required by applicable law.
1.2 Ticket Transfer Policy
Tickets may be transferred under these conditions:

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the Training Program start date.

A $100 processing fee may apply per transfer.

The transferee must meet any eligibility requirements and must agree to these Terms.

Transfers are subject to review and approval by Passive Income M.D.

The original purchaser remains responsible for any disputes related to the transfer.
1.3 Force Majeure
If the Training Program is canceled, postponed, interrupted, or significantly modified due to events beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, government action, pandemics, natural disasters, or emergencies), refunds will not be issued.
We may provide a rescheduled date and/or an alternative format (including virtual delivery). Attendance at the rescheduled or alternative Training Program constitutes full satisfaction of the original purchase. We are not liable for additional expenses (including travel or lodging).
2. Code of Conduct
You agree to participate in a professional, respectful, and inclusive manner. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

Illegal conduct or encouragement of illegal conduct

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language
-
Disruption of sessions, events, or participant experience
We may remove any attendee who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund.
3. Recording, Photos, and Media
3.1 Consent to Recording and Use
By participating in the Training Program, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded by Passive Income M.D. or its affiliates. We may use your image, likeness, name, and/or voice for promotional, advertising, and business purposes without compensation.
3.2 Attendee Recording Restrictions
You may not record (audio, video, screen capture, or otherwise) any Training Program session without prior written consent from Passive Income M.D.
4. Website Use and Intellectual Property
4.1 Permitted Use
The Website and all materials provided through it (including educational materials, training resources, downloads, tools, and software) are provided for informational and personal use only, unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing.
4.2 Intellectual Property
All Website and Training Program materials (including text, graphics, videos, logos, and software) are owned by Passive Income M.D. or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written permission.
4.3 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Use the Website or Training Program materials for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

Copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Website or Training Program materials without permission
4.4 “As-Is” Disclaimer
The Website and materials are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or completeness.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passive Income M.D. is not liable for:

Any injuries, illness, accidents, or other incidents occurring during participation

Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost income, profits, goodwill, or opportunities)
Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid for your ticket.
We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party vendors, venues, sponsors, exhibitors, or service providers. Any interaction between you and third parties is solely between you and that third party.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Passive Income M.D. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your participation, Website use, or breach of these Terms.
7. Personal Information and Communications
Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy: https://passiveincomemd.com/privacy-policy/
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive Training Program-related communications by email and/or SMS. You may opt out of non-essential messages, but we may still send important operational communications related to your access, schedule, and participation.
8. Payment Terms

Ticket sales are final after the deadlines in Section 1.

Taxes and processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We may refuse service or cancel access if payment is not completed.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules, in California, in English. The decision is final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.
10. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.

Headings: Headings are for convenience only.

Entire Agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Training Program and Website and supersede prior discussions or understandings.

By purchasing a ticket, attending the Training Program, or using the Website, you also agree to the following:

All Passive Income MD websites, courses, conferences, programs, publications, materials, articles, podcasts, and related content (collectively, “PIMD Content”) are for educational and informational purposes only and do not provide investment, securities, financial, legal, accounting, tax, or professional advice.
Passive Income M.D. and its owners, managers, officers, coaches, authors, presenters, employees, and related parties (“Related Parties”) disclaim any liability for any loss or risk incurred directly or indirectly from using PIMD Content.
Passive Income M.D. is not licensed to sell securities or provide investment advice, and does not endorse any particular investment, strategy, advisor, or firm.
You should consult qualified professionals and conduct your own due diligence before making investment or significant financial decisions.
B. Earnings and Performance Disclosure
Any examples of results, historical performance, or testimonials are not typical unless expressly stated. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, skill, effort, experience, financial status, and risk practices.
C. Submissions and Recordings
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or testimonials (“Submissions”), you agree that Passive Income M.D. may use them for business and promotional purposes without compensation.
If we record Training Program sessions or your participation (“Recordings”), Passive Income M.D. owns those recordings and may use them for educational, marketing, promotional, and business purposes without compensation. We are not required to use or publish Submissions or Recordings and may remove them at our discretion.
You represent that any Submissions you provide are truthful, accurate, and reflect your honest experience.
